Low-Fat/Nonfat Mayo Substitute
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp milk
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. I use this instead of mayo. Especially nice for salmon salad or tuna salad.
3. I think I am going to try to add HV ranch seasoning or italian season and try it for a dip or dressing.
