Low fat baked Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, reduced fat
Directions:
1. Place cooked macaroni in casserole dish
2. Beat egg and add milk together
3. Stir cottage cheese into egg mixture
4. Pour mixture over macaroni
5. Mix cheddar and parmesan together and sprinkle over macaroni
6. Bake at 375 for about 40 min.
