A yummy and healthy take on all-time favorite!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 cup bananas, mashed well
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients, then add, eggs, applesauce, and bananas. Pour into greased baking pan and bake 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn out onto rack, let cool 10 minutes. Makes 12 Servings
