Very rich in flavor but low in fat. Use it over salads, steamed/boiled vegetables, or noodles.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons miso
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 -3 tablespoons dashi (or water)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (ground)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with a small whisk.
