Low Fat Healthy Ranch Dressing

This is a recipe given to me by a friend. I have used it for a long time and find it to be much tastier than anything I can buy in a store. I mix my dressing with water instead of milk to cut down on calories even more. You can experiment with different herbs and spices, too. Have fun with it! I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup skim milk
1 green onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon parsley
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Stir or shake in a closed container until mixed well and the mayonnaise is no longer lumpy.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Serve and enjoy!
5. You may add more skim milk and/or water to make the dressing more thin if desired.
