Low Fat Granola (Katherine Daalman's)

Ingredients:
8 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pecans
Directions:
1. Put cup of brown sugar in water and microwave until melted.
2. Meanwhile, mix oats and nuts.
3. Pour brown sugar/water mixture over oat and nut mixture and stir.
4. Bake at 250 degrees until toasted.
5. Break up and add dried fruit if desired.
6. Store in air-tight container.
