Low-Fat Fettuccine

I love fettuccine, but can't handle the fat. Try this low fat version. My whole family loves it!
Ingredients:
8 ounces fat free cream cheese (cubed)
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 lb fettuccine, cooked
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring till blended.
2. Pour over cooked noodles, toss to coat.
3. Sometimes we'll add chicken, shrimp, or steamed broccoli.
