Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup low calorie sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 mashed bananas
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. 1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.
2. 2. Add eggs and mix well.
3. 3. Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
4. 4. Add bananas and sour cream and mix well.
5. 5. Add chocolate chips.
6. 6. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
7. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean.
