Low fat chocolate chip banana muffins
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mash bananas
2. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir.
3. Add chocolate chips and stir.
4. Pour into greased muffinb tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.
