Low Fat Chocolate Brownies

Traditional brownies are a fat and sugar nightmare. This healthier version is much better.
Ingredients:
85 g self-raising flour
40 g cocoa powder
175 g caster sugar
125 g low-fat plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
25 g chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Sift the flour and cocoa in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
2. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 20 cm square baking tin and bake at 180 C for approximately 25 minutes until springy to touch.
3. Cool and cut into squares.
