Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175C. Spray a 20cm X 20cm baking dish with oil.
  2. Place apple puree in a medium bowl and sift in the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
  3. Add choc chips and walnuts and mix.
  4. Transfer to the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. It's ready when the centre feels set and fudgy when a toothpick is inserted.
  5. Cut into 16 pieces when cool.
