A VERY VERY VERY yummy answer to a chocolate craving! :)
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups frozen berries, ... (blueberries, chopped strawberries, cherries, rasperries (black or red)
4 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute or 4 tablespoons sugar
4 -5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup ice cube
Directions:
1.
Crush ice in a blender.
2.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth; about 30-60 seconds.
3.
Serve immediately.
