Low Fat Chili-cheese Cornbread

The name says it all.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
veg. cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Make a well in the center.
3. Combine water, egg substiute, and oil.
4. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.
5. Stir in cheese and chiles.
6. Pour into a 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until golden.
8. Cut into squares.
