This milkshake really does taste like cheesecake! Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream |
1 1/2 - 2 cups low fat buttermilk |
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar (depending on the sweetness of your ice cream) |
1 tsp lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Add buttermilk, sugar, and lemon zest to blender. Blend for 30 seconds to dissolve sugar. 2. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. 3. Top with whipped cream and a cherry if you want to make it pretty. :-) |
