I believe the recipe came from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram many years ago.
Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 medium purple onion, sliced into thin rings
1 medium cucumber, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons non-caloric artificial sweetener
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. toss together and chill.
