Low-Fat Buttermilk and Parmesan Cheese Dressing

The fat can be further reduced by using low fat Parmesan but I think it makes the dressing too grainy.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon smashed green peppercorn
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, grated
3/8 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
3 drops tabasco sauce
3 drops lemon juice
1 dash paprika
salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve over fresh salad.
