Low Fat Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

I like to make this and take to Picnics and potlucks. I always bring home an empty bowl
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
2 bunches broccoli
2 large carrots
1 (16 ounce) bottle fat-free italian salad dressing
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
Directions:
1. Cut the cauliflower into small flowerettes Cut the broccoli into small bunches Slice the carrots In a bowl, mix the fat free Italian Dressing and 1 1/2 T horseradish Mix cauliflower, broccoli, carrots with the dressing mixture and refrigerate.
