Make it vegan by substituting the egg white for egg substitute.
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
5 tablespoons light smart balance margarine
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
Directions:
1. Combine filling ingredients and place in a small baking dish.
2. Mix crust ingredients until just blended.
3. Scoop and dot over blueberries.
4. Bake at 400°F until browned.
