Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

Low fat bleu cheese dressing from scratch. Can also add more crumbled blue cheese for thicker consistency, while toning down the ricotta.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 ounces blue cheese
12 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
12 fluid ounces buttermilk
2 fluid ounces cider vinegar
1/2 fluid ounce worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 1/2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine cheeses, buttermilk, vinegar, Worcestershire, and garlic.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Stir in chives and pepper.
4. Season to taste.
5. Refrigerate.
