Low-Fat Berry Good Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups low-fat plain kefir ((yogurt drink) *i use raspberry kefir)
1/2 cup grape juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 banana
7/8 cup frozen blackberrie
7/8 cup frozen strawberries
7/8 cup frozen raspberries
Directions:
1. Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana in a blender.
2. Add the berries and blend until smooth.
3. Strain or put through sieve {note: I don't strain}.
4. I eliminate the blackberries
