Ingredients:
2 egg whites
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 plain fat-free yogurt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon low sodium salt
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
2 bananas, mashed
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites which are just substitution for one egg.
2. Stir in milk and yogurt which is substitution for applesauce or veg oil.
3. Stir in rest of ingredients
4. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400F for about 20 minutes.
