Love banana bread!?! But don't love the fat? try these moist banana muffins to satisfy your craving. enjoy! P.S. these would also be awesome with added walnuts or dark chocolate chips if you're willing to consume those extra calories
Ingredients:
2 egg whites (equivalent to one egg)
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon low iodine salt
3 mushed medium bananas
Directions:
1. Beat The Egg
2. Stir in milk and oil.
3. stir in rest of ingredients.
4. cook in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes and make sure to grease the muffin tins!
5. feel free to add nuts, chocolate or dried fruit for an extra kick!
