Makes 12 servings ow fat banana bread using apple sauce instead of oil and egg whites
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup banana
1/3 cup applesauce
2/3 cup sugar
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. beat bananas, applesauce, sugar, and egg whites in large bowl with beater until light and foamy.
2. stir in dry ingredients.
3. blend well
4. bake in well greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour
