Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup banana
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat bananas, applesauce, sugar, and egg whites in large bowl with beater until light and foamy.
  2. Stir in dry ingredients.
  3. Blend well
  4. Bake in well greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour
