Low fat and moist banana bread
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup mashed banana
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. In seperate bowl, sift all dry ingredients except sugar, and set aside.
2. Combine sugar and all wet ingredients, mix.
3. Add dry to wet and mix just until flour mixture is moist.
4. Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes.
