Low Fat Apple Streusel Pound Cake

Low-fat cake that is perfect for those fall apples. You can eat some of this and not feel guilty. Enjoy
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup cornmeal(plain cornmeal)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup natural apple sauce
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 egg whites, beat until stiff
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup peeled, chopped apple
1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray 10-inch (12 cup) Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray; dust lightly with flour.
3. In medium bowl, combine3 cups flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4. In large bowl, combine granulated sugar, milk, sour cream, apple sauce, egg, oil and vanilla.
5. Add flour mixture to apple sauce mixture; stir until well blended; gently fold in beaten egg whites
6. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, apple, oats and cinnamon.
7. Spread half of batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with oat mixture. Spread remaining batter over oat mixture
8. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes before removing from pan.
9. Place cake, fluted side up.
10. Serve warm or cool completely. Enjoy!
