Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 12 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box(es) graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Line a 13x9 pan with one layer of graham crackers. Mix filling- melt 12 T butter in saucepan and add sugar. Beat the egg and 1/2 cup milk. Temper then add to butter mixture.Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the pecans, coconut, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Pour over the layer of graham crackers. cover with another layer of graham crackers. Then top with glaze- 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 t vanilla, 4 T softened butter, and 3 T milk.
