Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 teaspoons sugar
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Whip together egg substitute and sugar, combine with two milks and flavoring.
2. Mix well.
3. Chill overnight.
4. Dust with nutmeg before serving.
