A soup recipe without the flour/starches. Ingredients:
2 cans chicken broth |
20 ounces broccoli |
1 lb american cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil broccoli and broth on high heat. 2. Once boiling, stir in cubed cheese. 3. Heat/stir until melted. 4. Eat all week. 5. Carbs come from broccoli and very little in the cheese. 6. Enjoy! |
