low-carb yummy chocolate cheesecake

absolutly heavenly! you wouldn't even know its low carb!
Ingredients:
24 ounces cream cheese (soft)
3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
2 egg whites
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 teaspoon rum extract
Directions:
1. If you want a crust go ahead and make it and press it into a 9 springform pan.
2. (I don't cuz it raises the carbs) Beat the cream cheese& splenda in a large bowl till its fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs and whites.
4. Mix in the sour cream, cocoa& extract until well blended.
5. pour into prepared crust or greased pan.
6. Place cheesecake into larger pan of an inch of hot water.
7. Bake cheesecake 300 F for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is set.
8. Remove cakepan from water and return cake to oven.
9. turn off the oven and let cake cool 2 or 3 hours in oven with door ajar.
10. chill 8 hours.
11. remove side of pan and place cheesecake on serving plate.
12. garnish with splenda sweetened whip cream.
13. eat it and feel like your cheating!
14. Yum!
