These are great low carb waffles especially when made in a Belgian waffle maker
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon almond flour (optional)
1 tablespoon flax seed (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend all together in a blender.
2. Pour into waffle maker.
3. Cook according to maker's instructions.
