little quiche like things I like for a low carb breakfast
Ingredients:
12 large eggs
1/2 c cheese
1 c spinach
1/2 c onions
6 ounces bacon
Directions:
1. cook and chop bacon, place in paper lined muffin cups
2. chop onions and spinach place in muffin cups
3. top each cup with cheese
4. beat eggs, salt, pepper and 12 drops of tobasco together slowly pour egg into each cup, careful not to overfill, just fill a little from the top.
5. Bake at 350 until tops are brown and toothpick comes out clean.
