Ingredients:
wooden skewer
1 1/2 lbs center-cut pork chops, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 (8 ounce) package small white mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise
1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch square pieces
2 large bell peppers, cut into 1-inch square pieces
1/3 cup italian dressing
Directions:
1. Start the grill.
2. Assemble kebabs on the skewers and lay them in a baking dish or platter, then drizzle with italian dressing.
3. Grill for 8 min, turning once, or until pork is fully cooked.
