Pizza without the dough! Basically the burger replaces the dough and you cook it in a casserole dish instead of a pizza pan.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs ground pork, browned
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 lb cheese, of your choice
1 (12 ounce) jar pizza sauce
mushroom
pepperoni
bell pepper
tomato, etc
Directions:
1. Take your browned burger (personally I love pork burger because it is a tad sweeter) and layer it in the bottom of a casserole pan. Next add your pizza sauce, then layer with cheese and add your toppings. Bake at 350°F until your cheese is melted, approximately 30 minutes.
