Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 (1 g) packet splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 teaspoon butter
Directions:
1. Take a coffee mug.
2. add all dry ingredients.
3. mix.
4. add egg and butter.
5. microwave for 1 minute.
6. Enjoy!
