Low Carb Meatcake (Meatloaf)

I'm doing the low carb thing right now and came up with this recipe using ideas from other recipes I've seen on here.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, diced
4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
3 eggs
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons italian seasoning
salt and pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
2 (1/16 ounce) packets splenda sugar substitute
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Mix all meatloaf ingredients together in large bowl.
2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
3. Mold the meat mixture into a loaf in the pan.
4. Make the sauce mixture by whisking the ingredients together and pour over top of the loaf.
5. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
6. Cool 15-20 minutes before slicing.
