Low Carb Ham and Black Bean Soup

Low Carb - Super Easy and Tastes Awesome
Ingredients:
1 cup cubed ham
1/2 cup finely diced celery
2 cups water
2 (10 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth
1 (19 ounce) can black beans, washed
1/2 cup tiny diced carrot
1 minced onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a large pot combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil - reduce heat and allow soup to gently simmer for approximately 2 hours stirring occasionally. The closer to 2 hours this soup cooks the better it tastes.
2. Approximately 6 grams of carbs per serving.
