Very low carb muffin, I like to add more vanilla and cinnamon. Toasting is very highly recommended. you can't get more like a real muffin then this one on a low carb diet
Ingredients:
1/8 cup flax seed meal
1/8 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon splenda granular
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a large microwavable cup and microwave for 1 minute. Let sit for a minute.
2. Excellent toasted!
