Low Carb Cheesecake for Two

This cheesecake is just enough to get you through your cravings, and so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temp
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon crystal light sugar free low calorie lemonade mix (from the tub)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix cream cheese and lemonade mix, to taste.
3. Add egg and mix more until creamy.
4. Pour mixture into ramekins and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.
5. Cool in fridge until completely cool.
6. Enjoy!
