Low Carb Cabbage Salad

This asian cabbage salad is a remake of the typical cabbage noodle salad. I changed it to eliminate the carbs.
Ingredients:
1 small head cabbage, sliced and shredded
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 cup of chopped dry roasted peanuts
dressing
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of sesame oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 package of top ramen chicken noodle seasoning
dash of salt and fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of fresh ground ginger
Directions:
1. Chop and shred cabbage
2. Slice red onion
3. Add sesame seed and chopped peanuts.
4. Mix well together.
5. Mix dressing ingredients together well. Pour over salad and toss.
6. This salad will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
7. A great alternative to the common coleslaw.
