Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/4 cup softened margarine
2 cups heavy cream or 2 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, in order listed, into blender and whirl until thoroughly blended.
2. Pour into buttered casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
4. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes, or until set in the center.
