I found this on the web I add it to flax meal to make muffins it is a good alternative for me rather than use regular flour, I hope you like it. cup's and times are approximate.
Ingredients:
170 g ground almonds
100 g vital wheat gluten flour
60 g whey protein, isolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions:
1. Use with flax meal to make muffins.
2. I use half of each.
