Low Carb Apple Walnut Muffins

These little darlings are low carb, wheat free and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Line muffin tins with foil or paper baking cups.
2. Combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well blended.
4. Spoon into baking cups.
5. Bake muffins 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes.
