Taste like the usual waffle except this is low fat!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sunflower oil
1/4 cup milk, full cream
2 egg white
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron
