I came up with this recipe because I love martinis, but don't always want all the sugar that comes in the mixers. The beauty of this one is the infinite possibilities. Just mix and match the combination of flavored powder and flavored vodka. If you like gin better, use that! Enjoy! You may need to experiment with the proportion of powder to liquid to get the flavor you like.
Ingredients:
1 (1/4 ounce) packet of crystal light on the go powdered drink mix (or low cal drink mix of your choice)
6 ounces vodka (flavored if desired)
5 -6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a martini shaker. Shake. Shake a little more. Then shake it. Pour into chilled martini glasses. If you want to get fancy then garnish with some fruit that compliments your flavors of powder and vodka.
