Use low fat cream of mushroom soup, low-fat skim milk cheddar cheese (4% fat)
Ingredients:
3 cups chicken breast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup onion
1 tsp garlic
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup mushroom
Directions:
1. Mix the ingrediants in the slow cooker - cook for 8 hours on low. Pour over 1.5 cups whole wheat pasta.
