A yummy low calorie breakfast serve with fresh fruit!
Ingredients:
1 egg white
2 tbsp milk, nonfat, fluid
1 pinch cinnamon
45 .0-gram) serving light wheat bread
1 tsp applesauce
Directions:
1. Stir or blend all ingredients but the bread.
2. Put stove on medium heat
3. Pour half of blended mixture into a shallow bowl
4. Place one slice of bread in mixture, allowing to soak. Do this for both sides for both slices of bread.
5. Put in pan sprayed with cooking spray or just a non stick pan and brown on both sides.
