A cool, refreshing, low calorie fruit smoothie for those managing their weight
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crystal lite beverage
1/2 banana
4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of your favorite crystal light beverage (I like fruit punch), 1/2 bananna, 4-5 ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
