Low calorie soup with Tuna, veggies, and some pasta. If you like the flavor of dill and Tuna fish, this is a very tasty soup perfect for a cold day.
Ingredients:
18 gram stock, vegetable
6 ounce tuna
85 grams pasta, dry
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery,chopped
1 cup green beans, frozen
8 cups water
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon basil
Directions:
1. Place all ingrediants in a large pot. Boil all ingrediants until vegetables are at desired tenderness and/or pasta is cooked.
