Finally a low calorie but still yummy cookie!
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. splenda
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Sift together the dry ingredients.
2. Cream butter, splenda, vanilla and eggs, blending well.
3. Add flour mixture and beat well.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Drop by level teaspoons on a lightly greased baking sheet.
6. Bake at 375 degrees, for 10 minutes.
